The Old School Dance Show
Featuring: ALLNIGHT ESQUIRE & WALTER SCOTT JAMES.
When friends asked Walter Scott James if he could create a tape of oldies from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, he decided to record it as if he were a DJ at an old-school dance. His friends loved the tape and requested more. Walter then invited his DJ buddy Allnight Esquire to join him, and soon they were performing live at house parties, pubs, dances, and during the summer at a northern resort.
Eventually, their show found its way onto community radio and internet stations around the world. Allnight's quick wit, funny lines, and entertaining stories became very popular with listeners. As one listener from the UK mentioned a few years ago, "I just love your show; you play great music, share funny stories, and it sounds like you boys are having so much fun."
Today, we continue to have fun and play fantastic oldies from the 1950s to the 1990s. You never know who might show up as a guest each week on the show!
